THE LAST SELF-ASSESSMENT

This year vi had learnt a lot of new things like reported speech, object and subject questions... I learnt to use a blog and I think that it is good for us to know how to use it and for remembering what is going to appear at the English exams... I think that I improved a bit of writing and understanding things that I hear.

Get off: to leave a bus, taxi,train...

UNITS 5 AND 6

Netiquette: rules of acceptable behaviour for writing on internet.
Politeness: showing good manners toward others.
Diplomacy: the skill of dealing with people in difficult situations without upsetting them.
Rank: position in society or in an organisation.

SELF ASSESSMENT

I think Javier and I did a good project about the Gothic literature. In this term I learnt to have more tipes of telling something. I hear a lot of English music at home so I learn also a lot of things. And in my oppinion I think thatI have a good speaking.

UNIT 4 GLOSSARY

Face up to: accept that a difficult situation exists.
Work out: doing exercise at gym...
Cut down: to use less of something.
Grumpy: bad-tempered.
Calm down: to stop feeling angry or annoyed.
Open up: talking someone about your feelings.
Slow down: to be less active.
Chill out: to relax completely.
Cheerful: happy and optimistic.
Cheer up: something that gives comfort.
